By focusing on intuitive eating and a whole food, plant-based or Mediterranean diet, it's my mission to help you cultivate a life filled with nourishment.

First, we'll start with a free 15-minute introductory call. We'll talk about obstacles you're facing and your goals for partnering with a nutritionist. This will allow us see if we’re a good match for working together.​​

I offer 1 : 1 virtual coaching where we’ll explore how your nutrition, lifestyle, and cognitive behavior patterns affect your health and may be contributing to your symptoms. Together, we’ll create a plan to develop and maintain healthy habits while working to mitigate those symptoms. I'll be here supporting you and holding you accountability every step of the way.

In addition to 1 : 1 nutrition coaching, I’ll work with you to create personalized recipes and meal plans that align with your goals, while also providing science-based information to enhance your nutrition knowledge. For clients based in San Diego, I even offer home visits where we’ll discuss how to incorporate healthier food options into your kitchen and prepare a nutritious meal together.
